DVD Review: Adorable Show! Yes, this is Region 1.

The first reviewer obviously did not buy the DVDs from Amazon since 1. The release date isn't until 9/05/06 and 2. Amazon doesn't sell other region DVDs.
The reviewer obviously bought off of eBay or elsewhere and was too ignorant to check the region code which is almost ALWAYS listed on auctions. If they had checked domestic stores first, they would've seen that it's not out yet and would've just assumed that those on eBay are not Region 1. on eBay they only have the British and Australian ones right now because they were already released there. This show originates from the U.K., so that should be obvious that they would receive them first. Now anyway...for the review.
This show is about Charlie, a 7 year old older brother, and Lola, his silly/adorable 4 year old younger sister. He helps her learn life lessons such as routines, thinking of others, etc. by using their imaginations. The appeal in the show (I've seen the episodes dozens of times) is the unique design of the show itself, and the voice actors are children, not adults, so it feels like actual children speaking/interacting, which is charming and doesn't come off as annoying like many kids shows with adults making squeaky voices. The children have great chemistry together and act like they're genuinely siblings/friends/etc. It's an adorable show that you'll be able to watch many times over. It will bring you back to your own childhood. Absolutely charming!
