DVD Review: Give it three stars for Winona, but I didn't like it
Summary: 3 Stars
this movie is OK. I like it because of Winona Ryder and I am a big fan of hers, and I like her work. She always plays offbeat, serious and dark and different roles. She grativies towards that. I like her as a dramatic and comedic actress. I like her as Patty, a bad girl with a heart of gold who is involed in an accident and is resuced by a boy whom she falls in love with at a rich boarding school. The movie is set in the middle of nowhere-it kinda looks where I live but anyway the diogule is the worst part of this movie-it's really really bad. It's silly and crap and the boys in it are bad actors and the set is weird. The movie is like a typical Romano and Juliet story set in high school-expect it's Winona and some high school kid. I think the boy's parents were losers and I think he and Winona were desinted to be together at the end. I liked it well enough and I thought it was interesting. Other then that, the movie is very badly written and the set is strange and it's a little dark but other then that the movie okay.
