I purchased this video as a supplement to my workout routine, expecting the "weekly" sessions to be challenging, and last at least 30 minutes. Though my legs and arms got tired from all the lifts and lunges, I had to watch about 3 consecutive videos (which grew progressive)in order to feel like I got a thorough workout. Each weekly session is literally about 15 minutes, and seriously, what kind of results can you get with only a 15 minute workout that barely gets you to break a sweat? Each one began with a warm up and cool down too, so if you're doing 3 in a row, all the slowing down and starting up hardly becomes effective. If you're new to working out though, and need to take baby steps, this might be a good intro DVD for you. However, if you're already pretty fit, and want something challenging, please don't bother. I disagreed, however, that the video emphasized Bob too much and felt the camera were on the girls just fine. If you're seriously looking for a total body makeover, I would suggest Chalene Extreme, which I just ordered. I am confident it's going to provide me with the challenge level I'm looking for, but won't be as intense (an intimidating) as P90X.
