DVD Review: It's all about the slogan that mesmerizes the stupid masses!

My favorite comedian as always says it as it is. The double standard of our culture propagates empty slogans but never puts them to action, publicly puts the men down and tries to boost women's ego, even when we all know how horribly women are treated in work places. In short, Maher is striping naked the lies and showing the truth as it is.
This man has a beautiful mind, so enjoy the laughter while thinking: are married people happy? Do we really support our troops? Do we really respect our politicians? Do you really understand the real reasons behind the wars we are involved in???
It's kind of about time that we start questioning what we are told.

Bill Maher is great. I don't agree with everything he says but even the stuff i don't agree with, he makes me think twice about. If you're easily offended, don't watch this. i believe Maher is a voice of reason in an often-backwards world. DVD Review: Flawless

An utterly flawless DVD, in terms of production and written quality. I mean, if you are partisan to the right, you may bogusly rate this item down. But the reality here is what's consequential.
This DVD is for people looking for some comedic relief, in perilous times of scandal and corruption. It is a partisan tour de force, for sure, but Maher knows that he is a rational viewers last best hope, and he doesn't disappoint. He is fearless in this special.
I will recommend this to moderates, as well. It is just hilarious. There is one great rip on the Vatican that you will never forget.
Just a marvel. Rarely is anyone this fearless in the face of a majority's contention.
While it may be slightly out of date by now, it is still timeless, in my humble opinion.

I'm a big fan of comedy that is informative. I love people who are willing to say the unpopular thing, that at the core is completely true. Bill Maher is a genius at doing this. He's blunt without being rude, and he's usually right on the mark. He never fails to entertain, shock, and challenge me...exactly what a good comedian/philosopher should do. Be warned, this guy is NOT a comedian and I repeat, Bill Maher is NOT a comedian! A comedian has to be funny, which this guy certainly is not. He does come up with some fairly intellectual "observations" but that's all they are. This Jihad lovin' liberal really needs some new content, it would be interesting to see him attempt to write some new content that has nothing at all to do with politics; oh wait a minute that would be impossible wouldn't it? See that proves my point exactly! He's not a comedian in any way, shape or form but a far-left political extremist nutter with tired and boring routines that are simply updated every year with current events.
Analogy of Bill Maher's standup routine:
"What about all the (enter recent political scandel here), is Bush serious? Can he really expect us to (enter recent political discussion here), that's just crazy we all should (enter recent far-left liberal point of view here)"
That's it... That's his formula for the liberal sheep that follow this guy and it's made him a very rich man. I bet he's secretly a hardcore republican who has ya'll tricked into buying this rubbish because noboby in their right mind can be this stupid and boring deliberately and then sell tickets to it. You'll notice that after each "punchline" if you can even call it that, is follwed by applause and not laughter. Why? Because this is NOT comedy, it's politically motivated, anti-bush propaganda and the only people that buy tickets to see this dimwit perform share the same view.
