I like the beat for treadmill and exercise. Hammer gets me up and moving
which is a good thing. It is an older album, but it does get you moving. and cardio is fun when you do it to music.

This is a great collection. I was however disappointed that it did not include the videos from Hammers Funky Headhunter album (Pumps and a Bump, Its all good, ect).
